Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty in accordance with our full Warranty Policy.

•          Up to 5-year warranty (from 1 July 2025)
•          First 2 years: parts and labour included
•          Remaining period: parts only
•          Return-to-base: products must be returned to us for service
•          Customer covers shipping costs

The warranty is subject to conditions, including correct installation, use and maintenance, and excludes misuse, modification, and other factors outlined in the policy.

Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
